The project "Eurologis - Internships for students in foreign companies” aims to enhance the competitiveness of students in the labor market by raising the professional and linguistic competency, which will acquire while studying in our institution.The main objective of the project is the modernization of vocational education by the introduction of a European plan for school development through the mobility of students and teachers to organize internships for 24 students in Irish companies and 24 Italian companies, gained their experience will be an investment in the future to strengthen the competitiveness of the European labor market future technical graduates.The specific objectives are:1) Vocational education based on European standards,2) Enhancing the attractiveness of the teaching, the introduction of pedagogical innovations, organizational,3) Getting stakeholders to raise standards of practice at the European level, to compare the organization of internships in the applicant organization and the partner (job shadowing), meetings with employers in industries logistics, forwarding, transport firms Irish and Italian to program evaluation practices of vocational subjects and the possible participation in workshops and seminars on the education system in Ireland and Italy,4) The creation of the graduate profile technical logistics as an employee sought in European companies with competence: linguistic, professional, prepared to work in a multicultural environment.5) Increase students' motivation to take on new challenges6) The increase motivation to learn foreign languages.In addition to the obvious benefits for students we expect that through to the project will enrich the image of the facility in the region, the country and the international market. Through the implementation of project activities on foreign placements of our students in Italy and Ireland, will be included in the revised European School Development Plan areas, ie. The European dimension of the organization, intercultural awareness, and language skills.Participation in the project will be so for the participants valuable part of the process of preparing for work in the profession learned. Firstly, it will gain the necessary experience, and secondly to help them open up to Europe and prepare to use the opportunities offered by European integration process.The main outcome for the school will be the experience gained in the implementation of foreign practices that contribute to the development of international cooperation in the establishment and courageous action by the school authorities with new challenges in this regard. As a result, we hope that in the future we will be able to offer our students, or new candidates, not just practice in local companies, but also abroad. Surely such a varied and extensive range of education, which further strengthen promotional activities, positive impact on the image of the school.The project will bring together students of class II and III, specialty techniques, logistics and freight forwarder techniques. The project participants will take their professional practices in companies and organizations in Italy (Bologna) and Ireland (Cork).After completion of the project will be prepared a booklet containing good practice placements and film promoting professional mobility. The promotional materials will be presented the information of the results of this project. With the promotion of the project will present the realities of international practice, which effectively encourage young people, as well as other schools to participate in projects.
