Fundação Escola Profissional de Setúbal is an institution of education and training whose work is recognized nationally and internationally. A consequence of this is the numerous partnerships over the years with institutions such as local authorities , schools , universities , polytechnics insititutos , large / medium and small companies, local organizations and businesses and regional associations at national and European level , the social, cultural and professional. This network of partnerships has allowed synergies for developing the articulation between the Education, Training and Employment . Since 2001 FEPSET participates in European projects promoting the mobility of trainees , and over the years the achievements and impact has been remarkable and is today a key motivating factor in our educational community and a reference within our network of national partnership and European and a significant contribution in promoting the employability of our finalists . The Mobility Project " Eurojobs PLUS - JOBS, MOBILITY, QUALITY " is intended not only to continue what has been accomplished during these years, but also improve and innovate the work . The partnership and the entities involved to ensure project quality and respond to our constant concern to ensure that internships are recognized , duly certified and a gain on the integration of the participants in the Labor Market . With this project we want our young Vocational Education undertake internships in Germany (Leipzig) and Spain (Barcelona) duly certified by documents such as the Europass, the Training Certificate and the Language Course Certificate. These placements are aimed at trainees of vocational courses from all areas of FEPSET training courses, this experience emphasizes the importance of working and training in an European context and favors the consolidation of know-how to enter the labor market . During the development of this project we will sent two flows - 4 Groups of students of Vocational Education in all areas of training (Mechanics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Tourism, Renewable Energy, Health and Safety, Communication/PR, and others) - whose destinations are Germany and Spain. The 1st flow shall consist of a group of 15 trainees attending the 3rd year of Vocational Education, and the placement will last for four weeks , taking place in September. These trainees are in the final year of their initial training , gaining at the end of it a dual certification 12nd and Technical Level IV . The 2nd flow will consist of trainees attending the 2nd Year of Vocational Education , and the placement will be integrated into the Curriculum Plan, for a period of 4 weeks during February, destinations will be Germany and Spain. Each group will be composed of 5 trainees. The placement of the trainees will be directly related to their area of training , the total number of trainees that will be covered by the Project are 10 trainees of the 2nd year and 30 graduates of 3rd Year The proximity to the partnership entities that comprise the strategic network of institutions with whom we work has allowed over the years to conduct placement duly certified, as well as the promotion of employment and training at European level. In this sense FEPSET has expanded its area of intervention in order to continue the work done during previous mobilities allowing its finalists the opportunity to work and study in another European country. The Mobility Project "Eurojobs PLUS - JOBS, MOBILITY, QUALITY" aims not only to improve and consolidate the skills acquired during the training but ensure technical and professional quality of our graduates always with the intent of meeting the needs of the Enterprises, Labor Market always working in constant dialogue and cooperation with our partnership network .
