The project is an integrated part of the EUC Syd internationalization strategy whose primary objectives are based on the EU 's great ideas on freedom of movement so that participants in mobilities get a realization of the European labor market as their future labor market and not only the national labor market. Mobilities will give participants an opportunity to develop their personal and professional skills and allow them to become more aware of other cultures and their impact on a unified Europe and yet very different Europe. EUC Syd focuses on being able to provide participants with international experience , professional and personal challenge and the opportunity to further the common, cultural and language skills in an authentic environment . The needs that are met through the project is both EUC Syd strategic objectives , but equally pupils often very specific desire to have the opportunity to take part of their education abroad, and teachers desire to acquire new knowledge in an international context. The target group of the project , 81 participants, VET and HTX teachers at EUC Syd and basic and main courses students and SKP students at EUC Syd . The project is expected to run over a 2 - year period, starting in August 2014 and allow participants to stay both at VET-schools and in companies in Europe .
