Partners of TEMA-CNC project (Nr. P/03/B/F/PP-159016), after testing the training Modules, have concluded that exists a need to implement a system for Recognition, Validation and Certification of Skills among the UE countries’ members in the area of maintenance of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipments. Partners also agreed that an innovation transfer project should be presented, with new partners and the majority of the former partners with the following aims:• To transfer and adapt the professional profile, the skills matrix and the training plan of that project for new partners and to create a common proposal to be presented to each country’s National Qualification Certification Agency for Recognition, Validation and Certification of the Professional Skills of the Technician of Maintenance of CNC equipments; • To use, improve and adapt the contents of all developed modules into a b-Learning system with an existing platform to be used by all partners and by Tutors and tested by Trainees from all countries; • To install the evaluation kits on e-Tutors Portal (Project PT/05/B/F/NT-159110) and use the pedagogic contents and new services to be created in a new Transfer of Innovation Project for improving e-learning competencies for Tutors and to be tested by Trainees of the e-Tool CNC Project.• To produce evaluation “Kits” for Diagnosis, Recognition and Validation of the existing Skills of the target population;• To adapt some used machines to create didactic materials for practical simulation, training diagnosis and repair of CNC equipments for practical use of the Evaluation “Kits”and to create an evolution on training on CNC machines, applying remote control maintenance and retrofitting technologies with ICT support; • To create a Partnership with an European approach with 10 Partners from 8 countries formed by Educational and Vocational Training Centres.- Outcomes, Tangible products: Common Proposal developed by all Partners with a system for Recognition, Validation and Certification of Professional Skills of the Trainee with the qualifications to be certified as Technician on Maintenance of CNC Equipments; Improvement of the Web Site of the Project TEMA CNC in "www.tema-cnc.net", adaptation of the modules to an e-Learning platform and production of the Evaluation Testing "Kits”;- Outcomes, Intangible products: Transfer of the VET System to other countries; Establishment of the standards and competence descriptions (learning outputs); Testing of procedures and recognition approaches in all Partners’ countries;- Impact envisaged - This project involving Accreditation Entities in each country will have an impact on the effective Recognition, Validation and Certification of Professional Skills among the different countries participating in this project, that later can be extended to more countries with a great and effective impact on the mobility of European citizens within European Union.
