Our organization is a boarding school in which children with many/several brothers and sisters study,located in the countryside in the Eastern Anatolia Region and their socio-economic level is very low.There are communication problems between teachers, students and the students' family in our school and it can't be used modern methods and techniques in our school. The basic needs and aims/goals of our organization: To improve the quality of education and training by increasing the rate of school success which is very low across the province and county. To make the educational shortcomings of our school better and share the educational experince and knowledge among the trainers and disseminate them. To respond to global Europe education. To increase the success rate in the class by improving the training quality To remove the socio-economic disadvantages To encourage both students and teachers regarding the social proficiency and entrepreneurship To change the students’ attitudes to English class that has a 30% success rate and improve their motivation. To stimulate creativity, innovativeness, entrepreneurship and cooperation and to improve the participant staff’s proficiency of foreign language To raise cultural awareness by setting up an international social network and to enable the cultural interaction To teach the various student groups the new training methods and techniques and develop To develop the teachers and students’ communication skills To become competent in terms of education,training, class management and use of materials To create a tolerant and a sense of active European citizenship Due to the needs and aims of our organization mentioned above, we would like to attend educational course titled "Improving the communication and training skills in the class” which will last ten days in Barcelona, Spain. Thanks to this course, the pedagogic methods regarding the communication skills will be provided to the participants. In the light of constuctivism perspective, the innovative learning and teaching methods that teachers need will be included in the course. These are multiple intelligence theory, class communication, team work skills, lesson planning, teaching strategies, learning methods, problem solving skill, effective language models and class management. After the course, the participant staff will be proffesional in terms of education and training and class management and will become competent in terms of using materials, pedagogic language methods, innovative method and teaching techniques. Moreover, having a common sense of European identity will help us find solutions to our problems and provide our intercultural interaction. Our target group, students will be directly affected by this process and will manage to communicate better both in their own language and in English, an international language. Seminars will be given to the other school staff, except for the participants, and therefore will leave a positive impression on our colleagues indirectly and cultural awareness will be provided. The process of dissemination will be planned to increase the impact of the course and take part in the activities in our organizaton and in our county. For the dissemination activities in the organization, Course page ( aims, content and activities date) , Course mobility panel (Course activities, results and oppurtunities) ,the summary of the course activity and results will be made to maintain communication and group will be created on Facebook or blog. Seminars will be given to the staff in our organization. In the dissemination activities in our county/district, regional seminars will be organized, posters and brochures will be distributed to address the larger mass. Power point presentations will be prepared and they will be presented in the lecture room of our school. On the Erasmus+ dissemination platform, during course implementation, communication network will be fortified to provide a comprehensive overview of good practices and intercultural interaction. For the course assessments, questionnaires and test analysis will be performed. Participating organizations will convey the implementation, its impact on the participants, whether the goals are achieved or not, to each other via e-mail, fax, video-conference and mail. These activities will enable us to evaluate whether the goals of the course are achieved or not, whether the expectations of the entrepreneurs and participants are met or not. Participants will set realistic and clear goals and contribute to improving of the results and upgrading.
