Our project consists on participation of 20 teachers from different branches to course in Europe in order to develope their professional skills to use of interactive classroom tools and web 2.0 tools in the classrooom. With in the project it is plannig to receive in service training, to comparison of the learning environment and activities, to adapt the cirriculum and to identification of issues that need to be developed. Our school was founded smart boards with fiber internet infrastructure to all classes within the scope of Fatih project. Most of the teachers are not ready to use them at class. As results of impact analysis' that our teachers applied, they feel themselves unmotivated and inadequated about ability of using web 2.0 tools and technological tools at classroom. And because of its afecting and related to naerly all other negations. We are decided to choose and try to work on the teacher's feeling problem of incapability of . By the project participant teachers will experiment using web tools and using web applications in the classroom over the Europe. Professional innovation and different studies on the subject of the project will be transferred to our country through the participants. Also effective use of technology will provide students thinking school as a center of attraction. Awareness of European citizenship will be provided and both national and international dimensions of cultural exchange will be realized.
