Two partners from the project – Lithuanian Maritime Academy and Liepaja Marine College (Latvia) are joining forces to establish a Knowledge and E-services center for seafarers.This project is expected to have a positive impact on marine sector by developing a learning tools for better quality of marine human resources what is a great ground to raise effectiveness and safety of marine sector.
