From the approach of specific activities, the objective of the project is to set up a team of professional media experts which, though small in number, can still effectively generate and forward content toward the population of the Euro-Region, in order to promote efficiency, digital and mobile tools based on HD technology are planned to be acquired, through which the to-be employees are able to work and make programmes and running commentaries quickly and easily. Contents prepared on professional laptops can be uploaded immediately through mobile or installed broadband into a safe back-office system specifically designed for that purpose and supplied with automated content handling and managing algorithms, from where the prepared materials can be forwarded to the front-end system of the news agency or to other content operators such as local television or radio broadcasters and newspapers. The modern content development technologies applied by the News Agency results in cost reduction on the one hand and are of basic importance on the other hand with respect to survival in the competition evoked by the increase of high-tech content developing and broadcasting technologies to be expected in the coming years.The general objective of the project is to provide trilingual information based on certain topics for the population living on both sides of the border about borderland events immediately, without delay, relying on the trio of television, Internet surface and radio.Target groups: the entire population of the Hajdu-Bihar-Bihor borderland and Debrecen-Nagyvarad within that can be considered as the primary target group of the project. Within the population our specific target group is made up of viewers targeted by the broadcast programmes who are responsive to borderland news and current events, wish to inquire about the opportunities present on both sides of the border and would like to be informed of the news on the European Union. Moreover, the project target group involves borderland enterprises who can receive information from the news agency on economic events, calls for application; Media enterprises; local governments. The main specific activities and results of the project are: beyond project management and the workforce employed for the test period of the news agency, the project can be divided into three major parts as follows: acquisition of content producing tools, acquisition of content forwarding tools and dissemination activities. Also, workshops were organized, in Oradea and Debrecen, and brochures were printed.The Hajdu-Bihar - Bihor Interregional Digital News Agency informs the inhabitants, companies and civil organisations on the two sides of the border about borderland events and makes themes programmes for them, contributing to the improvement of communication at the borderland region, the formation of community consciousness and the strengthening of cultural, social and economic coherence.Within the project generated and supervised by the local governments a team of media experts was set up on both sides of the border to cover the test period of the news agency, and the necessary high-tech digital, HD, mobile content producing and forwarding infrastructure was acquired, through which the news agency is able to inform the borderland population in three languages, free of charge.A package of dissemination marketing activities completes the above, which includes the organisation of workshops and dissemination conferences, as well as the preparation of leaflets in 13,000 copies.
