The project aimed to improve the integration of cross-border cooperation in tourism,emphasising possible developments of geo-tourism, as well as the increasedexploitation of the natural, cultural and historic potential of the Hnilec region.Other goals were to improve the existing level of tourist services and to increase thepromotion of the region.
