The project implementation will follow the structure planning - implementation- monitoring. In order to successfully implement the project, we plan to strictly perform the activities planned in the proposal, follow the action plan, periodically assess the results achieved and the needs for improvements. Each partner will be responsible for the effective and efficient performance of the entrusted activities in constant cooperation with the other partners. The project management team will constantly stay in touch in order to guarantee the successful implementation of the project. It will conduct three operational meetings during the project and in the rest of the time will communicate via Internet. Achievements: The project envisioned and achieved the following results:- Preparation and establishment of Bulgarian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the development of a development strategy for the Chamber;- Creation of a joint database/website: http://www.bscci.net/;- Conducting a marketing research in the cross-border region and necessities survey;- Organization of a Bulgarian-Serbian Business Forum in Sofia on the 14th of November 2013 as well as participation of the Chamber at the National exhibition in Bulgaria from 16th to 22nd of December 2013. The Chamber also took part in the 12th International SMEs Fair in Belgrade, from 27th to 29th of November 2013;- Implementation of an extensive publicity and media campaign including: 3 press conferences, 12 workshops, production and airing of promotional video on a regional television, printing and distribution of a variety of promotional materials.The project was successfully completed in January 2014.
