A projekt árfogó célja olyan Lean Management mérnöki tudásanyag és tudásátadási módszer kidolgozása, amely lehetőséget ad a végzett mérnököknek azonnal a termelésbe állni. Jelenleg nincs ilyen tudásanyag illetve korlátozottan érhető el. Ugyanakkor a téma gyakorlati kézzel fogható okatatására nincs mód. A gyártástechnológusokat, tervezőket nem tudjuk el látni a csak a gyakorlatban elsajátítható ismertekkel pl. egy gyártócella hatékonysági szempontok szerinti kialakítása. /Hlavným cieľom projektu je vypracovanie metodiky výučby Lean Management, ktorý končiacim inžinierom poskytne možnosť okamžite nastúpiť do výrobného procesu so znalosťami riadenia, ktoré Lean Management poskytuje. V súčasnosti nie sú k dispozícii takéto výučbové formy resp. sú ťažko dostupné materiály. Výrobných inžinierov nevieme v súčasnosti zabezpečiť takými poznatkami, ktoré sú dostupné iba priamo vo výrobe napr. problematika výrobných buniek a ich riadenie. Achievements: Lean Management (LM) tools are wide spread all over the automotive industry. As there are a lot of automotive investments in the eligible area (Audi, Suzuki, KIA) there is a huge demand for Lean Management experts. Right now the Technical Universities in this region do not teach these kinds of methods in the daily courses. Lean Management Training is present only in the post graduate training. The lead Partner, the Budapest Technical University asked for the help of the more experienced Technical University of Košice to share their know-how so the Hungarian university can prepare its own educational material in this field. Two laboratories were set up in the universities where the students can gain practical experience about Lean Management. At the same time, the experts elaborated the educational materials for the future LM courses.
