Establishing a European Centre for the Integration of Institutionalised Children
Better educational standards for placement centre children : The project has produced materials for both staff and children in placement centres so as to better train staff and increase educational standards to enable children to overcome their disadvantages. This project started in 2001 and lasted 36 months.
