Erzincan Governorate Project Coordination Center operates directly in the implementation of funded projects and in the preparation of projects of the national and international grant program in our province. It also ensures coordination between institutions in the province to contribute to the execution of these activities efficiently and effectively. We provide PCM educations in our province to prepare good quality projects. The main goal of our project is to take short term trainings,and observations in Ezsak-Alföld region in Hungary which is an EU member in order to do projects with EU grants in our province and to come through of the existing incomplete applications and to clear the needs of employees and to increase their knowledge and experience. Participants intended to receive training with regard to get good knowledge in all steps and methods of project cycle management in EU standards,both for the preparation of project proposals for EU grants and funds and to obtain practical business knowledge in this field of adult education staff, improve pedagogical skills and update available information . These trainings will make significant contributions to the work to be done locally.The participants will share these knowledge and experience with the employees of the project at the provincial and district levels, which will ensure the dissemination of the culture of EU projects. 10 people who works actively on projects in province will participate. To ensure the coordination of relations in respect of economic, political, technological, communicative, environmental, demographic and cultural aspects of the relationship between the international institutions ,the organizations and the local institutions, pursuits of new international opportunities, the institution is needed to improve its professional knowledge and skills. In particular, the institution's self-evaluation, determined by the administrative staff of competencies in providing training to the relevant authorities in writing and management phase of the EU project experts using the new adult education methods and tools, learning methods, such as in public areas improvements are needed for institutional capacity building.
