After the first contact with the autism-disability a concept was developed which is extended and refined now through continuos remarks and target agreements after a second training session. With a short-, middle- and long-term planning the first training sessions were extended. As we are already tutor autistic pupils and we expect further autistic pupils, we have to extend our aims. They have to be extended and evaluated in reference to methods, materials, learning boxes, movable walls and facility.An improvement of capability of teacher, remedial teacher and the quality of the education mandate can be expected.The project management, assignement of tasks and the participation in educational work groups is planned and the implementation will be expected for the next school years. That the results of the training session is successfull in this area was shown by the first project. After this success a huge growth in knowledge and methodic is expected with the extension of the project.The introduction of a school develpoment plan and a facility development plan is anticipated by the project and facility management.Evaluation plans are designed and presented to the complete teaching staff. After the evaluation of the results a presentation will be done. The acceptance of the new concept by parents will be evaluated and selected pupils will be asked in order to develope a responsible concept.The acceptance criteria for autistic pupils will change as well as the educational promotion for job trainings.Transfer of knowledge to the surrounding schools is one of the success targets of the project. After that the gained knowledge will be passed on with different trainings to other schools (primary and secondary) which work with inclusion.The relevance of the extended project for our school is very high. It should prohibit pupils from quitting school and bring them to start successfully into a job or work shop for disabled people. Parents should be adviced as good as posible and take part in every step.
