The importance given to education is increasing constantly in order to look to the future with confidence, that the share allocated from the budget to education is increased constantly every year creates modern, well-equipped and technological educational environments and these educational environments are improved by meeting the source equipment needs of students and teachers with course books and modules. One of the major education reforms made is to make 12-year education compulsory to benefit from the manpower wasted because of the decrease of accession to school in our education system for many years as a result of various reasons. It can be only possible to provide the sustainability of this reform by raising the qualified work force needed in our country. Therefore, it should be provide that the students can spend quality time in the school; the time spent in the school should become enjoyable and meaningful for students. To take precautions that can keep the student in the system by detecting the reasons of absenteeism and dropout in order to develop healthy policies by preserving the quality of education will provide the continue to school, graduation of students, monitoring and evaluating the graduates. Project for Increasing the Attendance Rate to Primary Schools conducted by General Directorate of Primary Education of the Ministry of National Education with the support of European Union has begun to be implemented in 12 pilot provinces with high dropout rate in our country. The problem of early dropout is a major problem in district of Yüksekova in Hakkari province that is among the pilot provinces above. Our teachers and administrators will be informed about the early dropout with participation of several schools in our district under the coordination of District Directorate of National Education in our project. Our project aims to develop new strategies through the acquisitions to be obtained in Europe and by focusing on this subject with a 1-year work, to increase the motivation of our students and to take any precaution for the provision of attendance in cooperation between teachers and parents. A total of 54 teachers and administrators from 9 project partner schools will participate in the project to be carried out in Portugal, Germany and Romania in Europe. It is planned within the project to see the works and studies on the prevention of early dropout with ....-day analyze and observation processes. It is aimed to create a comprehensive archive of knowledge, experience and source after the mobility process between 01/11/2015 -07/11/2015, 08/11/2015 -14/11/2015 ve 15/11/2015 -21/11/2015. It is also planned within the project to maintain the works initiated on the basis of schools in our province so as to decrease the dropout rate in our region following the acquisitions to be obtained and to obtain important acquisitions after these endeavors. The impacts and results to be acquired by detecting the reasons for dropout and learning the successful practices in this problem; The students' interests and motivation in the lessons will be increased with the more effective and innovative methods in school environment. The problems will be overcome by producing solutions from the first phases of absenteeism as the teachers will be more conscious. The success rate of our district in education will be increased up to high levels. The performance, self-confidence and foreign language levels of our teachers will be improved. The awareness of the people in the regions will be raised with emphasis on the importance of education, there will be opportunity to contribute the result with the active participation of parents in the process. The methodological steps of planning the training and analysis, guidance, determination of responsibilities, preparation, monitoring, evaluation and dissemination will be followed during the implementation of the project. The long term acquisitions expected from the project are to provide that our students are educated as the individuals who love the school and lessons, set goals for the future, are beneficial to the country and nation instead of being the pawn of those working to divide our country and to contribute that successful results are obtained by overcoming the lack of morale and motivation as a result of underdevelopment of our region and prejudiced approaches and the education level is increased.
