Republic of Turkey, as is known, is in the accession process to EU. In this process, women take more active role in business. Children’s day care and educational needs have arisen due to active participation of women in business. The participation rate in pre-school education in Turkey is below the average rate of the member countries of EU. Due to all these needs, the number of pre-school institutions, both official and private, is rapidly increasing every year. This increase,revealed the need for qualified personnel to serve here. Training children - who willbegin training at a very young age –by a component person, will form the basis of their success in their future life. The benefits of education that is received at a young age reveal the importance of pre-school education day by day. Researches and latter-day practices - in the field of education - emphasize that education should start at a young age to create qualified and healthy generations. We know that 0-6 age period a critical period and our children are the assurance of “Turkey of the Future”. So, we should educate them in the best way. All these require some necessary arrangements and qualified applications in pre-school education with an innovative outlook. For this purpose , Germany mobility will realize between the dates of 01.04.2017 and 16.04.2017 with the participants of 10 students and 1 Acc person; Czech Reoublic mobility will take place between the dates of 07.05.2017- 22.05.2017 with the participants of 10 students and 1 Acc person from Child Development and Education Department. Prior to mobility,our participants will join language,cultural, pedagogical preparation works. Within the scope of language preparations, participants will take 40 hours of English language lessons. As for pedagogical preparations, vocational teachers working at the field of child development and education will inform on Montessori, which is commonly used in the Europe and which is known as a method that favors equality and approaches against gender discrimination in pre-school education in the world.In doing so, our participants will be informed prior to their education process in the hosting institutions. As for cultural preparations, project councils will make presentations on the characteristics of the geography,people,history,culture,education structure,etc. of the country to be visited. Travel organizers will make necessary applications for the permission documents to be issued by the governor's office, for passports and travel insurance and plane tickets. After the completion of all preparations, the groups will go to host institutions on the respective dates under the title of "Main Activities". At the two-week training, our participants will receive education on the points which need to take into consideration against gender discrimination in pre-school education, and designing education ambient, education process in line with this point.
