Further develop this exchange, maybe start in a profession with a pilot and a friendly school to develop a module that as there is right here and make a better exchange of trainees possible is still in the future . Nevertheless, it is possible in certain areas to plan such an exchange even over longer periods and to organize . This year we start in cooperation with vocational schools for the first time the exchange of laboratory technicians . Unfortunately, this exchange is only one-sided, because the apprenticeship is not formed in other European countries . Laboratory technicians working in doctor's offices , in colleges, in medical clinics or biochemical institutions. which is versatile in application . We are therefore pleased that interested pupils and trainers this step and their trainees the opportunity to gain experience in a Scandinavian country in other departments. After their internship the students would like to do their degree. It will be possible that the students go for work in a other European countries . We hope to overcome inhibitions by trainees . Europe is to grow together and it can be set right with the youth. The positive experience already gained young people at the beginning of their working life will change the setting to a common Europe. The trainees will build on their language and human competencies and acquire new professional action competence. Thus, the trainees will not lose the connection at the school. With the new media the school will offer six modules to the trainees. These need to be developed and uploaded again, so that the vocational teachers can check the success of learning. In this way we also during the internship a learning purpose. In addition, the trainees will continue their record books, as indeed their only place of learning has changed.
