Our project “Erasmus + a unique experience, an opening towards the future” is made in an economical context which is open toEurope. The targets are developing professionnal and linguistic skills, widening the capacities and strengthen the knowledges of the learners. The aim is improving their behaviour and their skills to be able to adapt themselves to any european or international companies.In our european sections, 23 students have wished to get involved in a mobility to do a workplacement in Europe. The applicants will be between 17 and 19 years old, they will be in an vocationnal Business or Welcoming and Relionship with the Customers or Users A Level class.The teachers teams suggest activities linked directly with the mobility all along the 3 years of studying. All the teachers have been working on the acquisition of skills, behaviour, knowledeges. The practices will be re-used during their period of class and mobility. During the mobility, the students will take part to different cultural activities but also to class (for spanish learners) before they start their workplacements. A list of specific tasks is given to each trainee manager before the beginning of each training period. The results are evaluated during the different tests of the A Levels (facilities and self-confidence in all the subjects). Thanks to this European experience all the students' CVs are enriched with formal and non-formal skills. The Europass will be given during an official ceremony in the presence of numerous personnalities.We notice various impacts on the students. They their maturity and their self-confidence. It allows them to project themselves in studies like International Business or Tourism university studies. Thus, they have larger professionnal opportunities and are able to look ahead to their future. For the high school, the existence of these European sections is a real asset both in the recruitment and the motivation of the students and in the dynamism impulsed in teaching staffs. The mobilities allow to improve the school climate and the serenity of learning in these classes.Finally, several shares of the results are planned: ceremony of delivery of the Europass, the open day of the high school, the web site of the establishment, the creation of a blog, and other actions with secondary schools and with the local press. To conclude, our expertise and the testimonies of the former participants consolidate us in the idea that this experience is unique and important for the professional future of the students.
