The general goal of the project „Erasmus+ Training for the Labour Market” is to provide practical training stages for students of three professional schools of Salaj County, united in a VET consortium, in a real work environment with modern technologies specific to the qualification fields in view of supporting them in acquiring competences complying with European standards and needs of the labour market, competences able to facilitate their social inclusion. Specific objects of the project are: 1. Acquisition of knowledge, skills and competences in order to facilitate professional development and ensure a better transition from school to active life of the teenagers of Salaj County. - Key competences: team work, preparation for integration at the work place and enhancing their access to the labour maket - technical competences related to disassembling and assembling internal combustion engines, according to the technical documentation and their maintenance. - skills of team work and professional communication at the work place- specialty knowledge regarding components of internal combustion engines and technical operational parameters, requirements of the work place 2. Opening for European cultural values and improvement of language and key competences for a better adjustment to a multi-cultural socio-professional environment. 3.Facilitate insertion of youth on the labour market by promoting recognition of acquired competences through transnational mobility. 4. Promotion and development of transnational partnerships which enhance professional mobility. In the project there will be involved 45 students, VET trainees, X grade, professional school, day school, qualification: Automobile Mechanics, distributed per schools as such: -15 participants of LICEUL TEHNOLOGIC NR.1 NUSFALAU -15 participants of LICEUL TEHNOLOGIC "CSEREY - GOGA" CRASNA -15 participants of LICEUL TEHNOLOGIC "IOAN OSSIAN" SIMLEUL SILVANIEI The participants belong to the category of youth with reduced opportunities, rural area, families with a poor economic condition, Roma people. The mobilities will take place in companies in Wroclaw, Poland. The duration of the mobilities is 3 weeks, 19 days covers 90 hours of the Practical training stage afferent to CDL with the theme: “Training for the labour market”, as it follows: A1 Flow 1: 20.03-07.04.2017, 15 pupils LTN Flow 2: 15.05-02.06.2017, 15 pupils LTCGC Flow 3: 05.06-23.06.2017, 15 pupils LTIOSSThrough the topic approached, these flows will help the pupils to develop professional competences which are to be assessed in an educational system different from that of Romania, transferred and recognized, included in the qualification, in the home country, under the umbrella of a transnational ECVET partnership concluded with the partner school for a period of 3 years and formalized through MoU. The validation of the placement period will be done on basis of Europass mobility document and the recognition of the results acquired abroad is done through ECVET, by granting credit points, respectively grades for the practical training module CDL. Through the project, the participants will further develop their professional competences and social, civic linguistic competences. After attending the English courses the participants develop their communication competences and they have reached level A2.3. of linguistic competences in English. The LO which are to be acquired by the participants in the placement stages carried out in an international environment are correlated to competences from the ULO 1 comprised in the Professional Standard of the qualifications. Sustainability is ensured by the valorization of the support learning materials produced as a result of the project and of the experience acquired in implementing ECVET, through a new Erasmus+ project, enhanced learning mobility and more career opportunities.
