Project "Erasmus + For Healthy Life" consists of two parts, Training Course and Youth Exchange, organized by 8 partners (EU and EECA ). First part, the Training Course "Erasmus + in Action" was the first stage of the project, gathered 30 people from 8 countries in Ureki, Georgia in period August 2 to August 9, 2015. The purpose of the training was to familiarize participants with all the important information about the Erasmus + program, the main differences from the YiA program, cooperation with partners and specific practices. The training was based on the exchange of ideas, presenting examples of good practice and coaching, more practical and less theoretical character. The primary objective was to train participants on how to organize Erasmus+ projects in cooperation with partners from other countries, with focus on youth exchanges (preparation, application, implementation, dissemination, final report). During the training, participants have created workshops that were used in the youth exchange in Croatia and set up a base for their future project idea. After completing the training, participants were in touch with trainers to guide them and help them to fully prepare their project applications to the deadline in February 2016. One project that was created under the influence of this training, in cooperation with partners and trainers of this project was approved on February deadline . The second part of the project, Youth Exchange "Dance for Europe' brought together 40 young people from 8 countries in Brist, Croatia in period September 24 to October 1, 2015. At the exchange, participants explored the cultural similarities and differences, and promoted a healthy lifestyle, primarily through dance. Exchange activities were primarily informal and included various activities such as games, dance, sports activities and activities in cooperation with the local community, primary school children and young people from the area. Prior to youth exchange, there was advanced preparatory visit organised and leaders were planning different aspects of this exchange. The idea of the project was to connect the training course and youth exchange by selecting motivated participants from TC to participate in YE also. That aspect of project is partially completed. Also on the training there were small workshops designed, that can be applied during the youth exchange. Both activities included group work with the local population using practical, formal and non-formal learning. Participants in both activities were 18-30 years with a few exceptions. Participants were selected according to the motivation and interest in the topic, in accordance with the program of each activity. The project included several participants with fewer opportunities, those who face cultural, economic, geographic, social, and language difficulties. By participating in this project, participants are given a set of knowledge and skills which they later can use in professional work, in improving their own lives and in the formation of attitude and confidence. Project resulted in new collaborations among the participants, a better connection between partners and new projects with local institutions that rely on this project. The project results were disseminated through various social networks and media in all partner countries. As part of dissemination there were created videos, photos and info leaflet that pointed to the success of the project. There were presentations in partner countries where the target group presented the Erasmus + program as well as this project. The impact of the project on the participants and the target groups was measured in several ways and over a long period of time and the results can be considered highly successful. On the basis of this project, partners got more active members and motivated people with knowledge of project writing and planning. Many participants from youth exchange later focused on more active life, have gained new friendships and business relationships. Target groups have learned more about the Erasmus + program and possibilities, they took part in intercultural activities and thus become more open and tolerant members of society.
