Project application is provided on behalf of the consortium, coordinated by IĮ ,, Erasmus Plus", the sending organizations:Karalius Mindaugas Vocational Training CentreMargarita Rimkevičaitė Technological SchoolBirzai technology and business training center.The host partner in Italy - ,, New Service.The consortium involved in vocational training institutions does not meet the expectations distinguishes graduates employment in accordance with their qualifications and aims to increase employment rates. This project focuses on the promotion of internationalization vocational training institutions and graduate job opportunities will be provided. The project aims vocational training institutions to enable students to science after graduation to perform 28 days of practice Italian companies - real jobs, corresponding to their acquired specialty. Through this law graduates consolidate their skills, gain work experience; as well as all participants of the project will undoubtedly strengthen their social skills, become more self-confident.The project will be implemented in only one area of activity - learners, more precisely - graduates, practice in enterprises.Expected participants of the project - only vocational training graduates.All the participants will have completed their chosen curriculum - will be heard lectures on theoretical training, having done the teaching and practice of closing, having done the assessment of competences and received only positive evaluations.During the project will be developed for all members of the consortium internationality, also will form innovative approach to graduates to enhance their opportunities to integrate into the Lithuanian and EU labor markets. Graduates will gain international work experience that will enable them to integrate more easily into the labor market in a broad sense, it will improve the whole image of the Lithuanian vocational schools.
