TRIPLE A is THE item for Labour, Activation and Entertainment in Zorgdorpen. It is within Labour that we are facing major challenges when it comes to creating job opportunities for some of our users / clients.This project is focused on two major pillars and 1 pillar which is at the initial stage of the upcoming developments.1) operate in a protected environment with its own guidance, such as Day activities: 2. actively recruit workplaces and work.3) internship with an employer with the support of the facilitator at fixed times. This is a project where we have ambitious goals that clients go to work in the real world of work. Here is where we: two volunteers for 10 months, along with the organization and its employees are committed to give concrete shape here. This is going to be a close collaboration with HRM, coordinators, management, employees and customers, which is already fixed in advance. In addition, we believe that this is not something typically Flemish, but can be anywhere in Europe deployed a greater or lesser extent.In the development of the above activities, we use Team Development Model (TOM)and apply it in our own way of working with clients. Working in teams is the starting point, and each member of the team has its own role, responsibilities and is guided in a fixed pattern specified in the conversation cycle. Here are agreements around the work, the progress of the work and the learning objectives (what is needed to achieve the set work goals?). It measures the skills of teams, managers and employees, and examines the interaction between these three cases. It is mainly about the naming of types of employees and teams. The results are very concrete:1) there are 3 more various working activities for the clients to work in and the activities have different difficulty levels in a save surrounding;2) there is a wide network of suppliers, supplying materials in which we create an entire product intended for sale.3) there are 2 employers who will have 2 of our clients there to work in (adapted) work and they are supported by us with jobcoaches.In the future we will try to make all the 3 results stronger then now. We will use the experience built up with the volunteers for further developments in our way of working.
