With the aim of increasing the skills and background of youth workers and youth leaders which can provide chances to young people with fewer opportunities, to prevent and remedy social exclusion, has concluded, after an intense and fruitful week of training the course ""Equality for a better future"" which Asociación Dianova España has held in Madrid, in the center Dianova St. Lucia, located in the municipality of Ambite. The work week, from 7 to 14 April 2015, has allowed 34 participants affiliated to the 10 organizations partners from 10 different countries (Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania and Poland). They have exchanged tools and knowledge, they shared learning achieved with the formation received and the challenge of developing and designing social inclusion projects in their own countries. Using a participatory and collaborative methodology, aimed to create an environment of learning in the acquisition of new skills, competencies and attitudes, the training program has been active and dynamic based on a non-formal education method, with creative and visual activities such as the opportunity of seeing the point of view of those with fewer opportunities, excluded and marginalized whom Dianova takes care of. All the participants expressed their satisfaction with the training experience and values of the association.
