EPO - European Postman - on-the-job training of the European Postmen, and formation of a common system for the accreditation of their qualification
A shot in the arm for the postal service : On the basis of the analysis of the results of surveys aimed at postal workers and customers the partnership has drawn up a professional profile for a European postman. This will better enable the service to meet the demands of the market. This project started in 2003 and lasted 24 months.
