Training Secondary school teachers working with young inmates in Greece. The project aims to the training of human resources of the particular school unit in the areas of planning and providing specific educational approaches, by exploiting their acquaintance with the evolution of education in prisons in Europe, both on theoretical and practical level. Participation in the conference of the Organization "European Prison Education Association" where practical workshops on innovation in educational approaches will take place, will be completed by visiting prisons schools operating in European countries where these educational approaches have led to the implementation of good practices. The project is expected to improve the level of provided education by focusing its objectives on the specific requirements and learning particularities of the student population of prisoners with the help of new technologies. Each effort leading to training and rehabilitation of the inmates that will help the former prisoners' reintegrate into society is trying to tackle with issues regarding electronic illiteracy and education, issues which are expected to become more and more important in the years to come. For inmate school students every progress and each new educational method implementation in this regard is extremely important, since it will be used as an important reintegration tool into society.
