This proposal aims to give an excellence experience to the chosen students, in order to contribute definitely and positively to their academic, personal and professional. The goals of this project are connected with their horizons opening to an idea of transversality, knowledge acquisition in several areas, that can allow them a better comprehension of the contemporary world and the investment in a globalised formation, characteristics demanded by the present world. Above all, we aimed that our participants go through the four pillars of education - learn to know, learn to do, learn to be and learn to live in a community, according to their cognitive, affective and relational domains. More specificaly, this project has, as its main goals, to develop work habits and sense of personal responsability, in a different country, to learn the rules and manners related to labour human relationships, to develop their initiative capability and their entepreneur spirit, to contact with work and cultural habits or routines from a reality different from their own. the internalization of to know how to be and to know how to do are, in our own perspective, very important points, thus the contact with new ways of applying the different knowledges make them richer to our school community, and that is why we want to give our students experiences thar are somehow different from the ones they found in our own country.
