Through an elaboration, co-ordination and harmonisation of practical procedures forresearching of underground waters, this grant helps with the research of commonsubsurface bodies, a decision making based on environment concerning crossborderinvestments. For this, a uniform database and effective exchange of data had to beelaborated. Therefore, it was needed to do research and development in hydrogeology,to build a database based on Geographic Information System, to form new partnershipsand to inform inhabitants of the involved area.
