A contextualised yardstick for business training : Analysis of existing measurement tools in enterprise training took place and was then evaluated. This was followed by interviews of experts in the sector. All of this contributed to the production of a web tool which brings to bear a contextualised approach for improved evaluation of the training process. This project started in 2002 and lasted 24 months.
