"Entrepreneur Spirit" is a project around new business start-up and the preparation to work abroad. He gathers in this project Erasmus+ 4 countries: France, Spain, Germany andNetherlands. The project is divided into 2 parts which correspond in the 2 years of the project. During the first part 2015-2016, the pupils will create a mini-company in every partner country. This will be done with the Junior Achievement Worlwide association. The second year 2016-2017 will be the opportunity for pupils to get ready to work abroad : curriculum vitae in english, knowing the structures and the Erasmus+ possibilities, preparing to have an interview with businessmen, knowing informations to developp a company and knowing how negociate and work in relation with official structures like Chamber of Commerce, Banks. This project has for objective also the "decompartmentalization" : · In the high school: decompartmentalization of the classes, the levels, the ages, the specialities · At the local level : decompartmentalization of the structures by opening the high school on the partner local structures of the project: companies, associations, Chamber of Commerce, Houses of Europe and City hall. · At the national and European level: open up the borders and allow the pupils to live an entreprenariale experience with other young people and other structures in Europe.
