"Entrepreneur Skill Trade" is youth exchange created within youth mobility action. Project is realized thanks to the cooperation of two informal youth group, which are active in ngo organziations in their countries. In the exchange will take part 16 young participants in the age 15-19 and two leaders from Poland and Ireland.The activities will take part from 1st August 2015 to 6th August (+2 travel days) in Nasutów near Lublin.The theme of the project concerns around etrepreneurship among young people, understood as a ability to transfer ideas into action. The project's activities will initiate discussions about the situation of youth on European label market and participation of youth in social life. Project's aim is to stimulate cooperation between young citizens, who want to be active in social life and take up activities which will influence the situation of unemployment among their peers. During the exchange youth will participate in mini debate and meeting with experts in the field of entrepreneurship and European label market. Moreover participants will create their own businesses during simulation game. They will also discover how to prepare properly to job interview by creating the short movie, which will be used later as a know-how transfer among youth.Project will influence youngster's attitude towards etreprenur's skills, taking up own's initiatives and realizing own innovative and creative ideas. Due to the fact that project has international character youth will raise their language competences and widen horizons.
