After developing its international opening for pupils, students and teachers in higher education through 3regional consortia of mobilities, the EPLEFPA 47 wishes to develop and increase its international cooperation policy for its teaching and administrative staff, school education level. Participants are staff of the three agricultural colleges that constitute the EPLEFPA 47 (adults, teaching and administrative staff) and our request is 24 mobilities (19 education and 5 training ).This project follows the 2014/16 staff mobility program which will end in June 2016 and for which the institution has received 14 mobilities. This file having been recognized an overriding interest and the involvement of staff of the 3 institutions having been very active, we decided to continue this work in order to increase the skills of each participant, to discuss European citizenship and to promote exchanges and sharings with our European partners.This program is based on programs about the development of students and university students mobilities to countries like the Czech Republic, Spain, Belgium, Latvia, Slovakia ....But the 'EPLEFPA also wants to focus on the adult mobility to enhance the development of its international policy; the EPLEFPA being located in a rural area, it is a way for it to assert its image of a pilot school for all kinds of European exchanges.The activities are mainly teaching practices and observation placements in a view of a better understanding of agricultural education at the level of European institutions, of sharing and of acquiring new skills to transmit them within the EPLEFPA ..We will rely on partners already known for several years but the goal of the school is also to get opened towards other European partners. We've actually been approached by other European agricultural schools from Italy, Greece, Portugal ... and we want to expand our European commitments so as to enrich us personally, culturally and pedagogically and also in managerial or professional knowledges. Finally, it seems essential to disseminate the mobility opportunities offered by Erasmus + to enable a large number of people to get richer by sharing new knowledges but also to ask the ones who have acquired new skills abroad , to get invested into the international policy of the EPLEFPA 47.Welcoming many partners in the years to come, our teams will be able to meet their expectations better because strong links will be built beforehand.We will offer this mobility to all volunteers working in the management of the school , in the youth education's programs, the Vocational and technical workers on farms, in laboratories ....The impact that this mobility will have on the evolution of the school will be considerable, because the number of mobilities being important, the benefit of input of other working methods will be ... rich and abundant.
