Our application for the mobility of educational staff of EPLEFPA Bordeaux-Gironde dedicated to viticulture and oenology aims at one main objective that is the development of technical, educational and teaching skills of our personnel. This is clearly a way to improve the quallity of our trainings and their efficiency.Staff mobility is also a way to give our institution a European dimension, which is a stated priority of our strategic plan for the 2013-2020 period. It deals with qualitative objectives concerning the affirmation of a belonging to an institution for members of the staff but also with the construction of a European identity. We expect significant results in terms of synergies between the different actors of the educational community whose professional fields seldom bring them to a collaborative work. The project will also significantly improve teaching qualities, managerial, human relationships abilities of candidates and positively impact existing or potential partnerships between the institution and other partners: European, national and regional educational coordination structures, professional schools, companies of the wine sector. Induced way, mobility of the teachers/trainers, will act as a lever to stimulate and promote the mobility of learners thus providing them with a more qualitative education, preparing them more actively for what their responsibilities as citizens will be.This project will supply legibly and concrete action of the European and International Department created through the new strategic project of the EPLEFPA de Bordeaux Gironde.Basically, this project which extends that deposited last year aims at making of mobility of our personnel a revitalizing and structuring element for the establishment.
