This project aims to give opportunity to enlighten teachers to expand their professional effectiveness horizons. According to the title of the project, we want to improve our teaching methods and practices, interacting with education systems across different European countries. Our main interest is to manage to bring to our students engagement and participation in their learning process, and increase their school results in all subjects. Only by giving children motivation and satisfaction through creative, modern, learning procedure, we can manage effective practices. Arts in education and especially drama in education are a very powerful tool in the learning procedure. We aim to increase the capacity to develop future international partnership projects and support for mobility activities for our learners. We aim our staff to develop and improve their competences and enhance their inter cultural awareness and awareness of the EU values. Participants will create a new dimension of our school, integrating new innovative methods and motivating learners. Teachers' participation in the courses will provide them with tools to achieve the above mentioned goals which they will disseminate throughout the school as well as community. Apart from physical mobility we will engage in on line virtual mobility before and after the courses, thus enhancing our collaboration with other people in different countries practicing similar pedagogical approaches. Virtual mobility will prepare the teachers for their learning experience and trainers to specifically tailor the course in order to answer the needs of participants and their organizations. The learning outcomes from this project are tremendous and the activities before and after the project will assess and excuse the need. The participants firstly they will provide all their knowledge to their colleagues, by seminars, sample lessons, presentations and many other follow up activities. They will publish in school webpage, twinspace, etwining etc materials showing how they are using what they learned in their everyday work in terms of photos, videos, lesson plans, assessment etc. This project will provide individualized learning opportunities embedded in the overall school development plan. It will offer a review of teachers' learning needs and provide collaborative professional development activities. It will have a profound impact on motivation and competences of our teaching team. As far as impact on our school is concerned, we will improve qualifications of our staff, increase our capacity of operating at international level. We also expect the project will create more modern, dynamic, committed and professional environment inside our school. Moreover, we expect this project to create greater responsiveness of our school to social, linguistic and cultural diversity, increasing opportunities for professional development, motivation and satisfaction in the daily work of our teachers.
