The proposed project will enable two unemployed young people from Spain to spend 12 months in Koper, Slovenia, where they will give support to the PINA team, mainly in the implementation of educational, multimedia, international projects with and for young people, primarily in the light of promoting employability and entrepreneurship among young people.Under the mentorship of PiNA they will create six short TV programs on good practices for young entrepreneurs aiming to promote entrepreneurship among young people. At the same time they will implement different multimedia workshops for local young people and will realize their own projects by addressing the following issues:-> How to strengthen the key competencies for an effective independent entrepreneurial path?-> How to strengthen a key competency, innovation and entrepreneurship?-> How to encourage local young people to spend their free time in an active way with a voluntary involvement?The project will have a direct effect on strengthening the key competency: innovation and entrepreneurship, while the volunteers will be equipped with practical experience in various fields (project management and planning, management of groups, conducting training, ...), which will serve as a basic guideline for their further career orientation.At the same time the project will widely impact young people among Europe, will promote informal learning, initiative and entrepreneurship, and will equip the participating organizations with a new tool (TV shows) for promoting entrepreneurial culture among young people and, consequently, employment flexibility and autonomy.
