Under this application we are introducing ECVET units into the delivery and assessment process for the first time, in a pilot project way. These learners will be 16 to 18 currently completing their course and require an employer placement to enter a Traineeships as a progression from there study programme this project will provide the work experience placement that will give them their first employer reference. This reference will open up UK employer placements on their return. Current Traineeships students who have been on a placement and failed to retain employment or Apprenticeship as they may have been one of 2 o4 students on trial with a UK employer will use this project time to gain work experience in Europe with the emphasis on points raised by the last employer about their weaknesses.Apprentices and Level 3 students in Performing Arts will use the project employer placements to prove professional performance for their application for "Equity Card" and or to improve their professional CV.
