Enhancement of the cultural tourism through a new culture and education facility
The aim of the project is to equip the facility, dedicated to the bilateral co-operation of societies and institutions from Goldap in Poland and Gusev in Kalinigrad Oblast. The institutions that should be established in the modernised historic-heritage building, together with Gusev partner institutions, should guarantee the fruitful co-operation between Poland and Russia in the fields of culture, youth co-operation, enterprise consulting, 3rd sector development, tourism etc.
