TERMINÉ
-Our foundation pays importance to increase the quality of education and internationalization. The way for providing this, is to establish a system for increasing the qualifications and skills of teachers and executive staff of the school. Moreover, another critical factor is personal and professional enhancement of those participants to catch up with the contemporary trends.
A project will be conducted within the scope of ‘school training staff mobilization’.Thus, our school will be a good example and leading establishment in our region. Therefore, we started the Project and the Project participants were selected accordingly.
-The primary purpose of our staff’s contribution is to find out Europe’s educational structure, to distinguish the difference between Turkish and European educational system as well as recognition of similarities. Finally, we want to integrate the convenient parts of European educational system to Turkish system.
- The basic purpose of the Project is to provide contribution in the Professional development of the staff, to enable the children with special need to grow up independently with self-sufficiency and confidence. Within the context of the project, 19 students with special needs studying in our school will be adapted to the school and their pre-school and primary school educations will be completed.
Schools, functioning as educational institutions for training of qualified people for the country, can be effective and successful as long as they are properly managed. Our school will have anew administration mentality after comparison to the management systems handled in the developed countries by review of different management principles. One of our purposes is to graduate our students with the skills they needed for the higher education by means of an effective school management. By means of an effective school management, we aim to decrease the rate of early school leave in our region from %35 to %30.
The Project team comprises of 5 person, namely, school principal (SP),vice principal(VP), consultant teacher(CT) teacher of English(ET), preschool education teacher(PSE). SP, VP and CT willattend to school administration course while all of the team members will attend to course foreducation of the students with special needs. Our team members are all enthusiastic, active, open to self-development. We believe that with such diligent team members we can overcome the educational program given in those courses.
