In the area where we live, extremely physically disability in particular, due to the economic deficiency, family problems, physical barriers and environmental problems they cannot continue their education and as a result of this situation, apart from economic and social life and the number of disabled people whose life depend on other has made this project to design and put into practice is essential.
Our physically disabled students will have training that targeted with distant education continuosuly and non-stop. Hence, academic success will increase and it is ensured that our students will adopt the cultural, social and economic areas of society. With the happening of this target, self-confidence of the disableties will increase. It provided that more disabled student will continue their education or have training with distant education. And students, who use distant education, will not keep behind their education.
Within the scope of 2010/2020 EUROPEAN STRADEGY OF DISABILITY belong to European parliement, the main aim of our institution is generate a teaching stuff expert on distant education. With the expert teaching stuff, our disabled students will reach their educational enviroment by the way of distant education, if they do not reach physically. Because, the important extent of the accesibility is have a voice and locate in the ecenomy and society.
According to 26th clause of fundamental rights of charter, it is stated that their independence, social and occupational life’s with integration enable to them participate in life of community to benefit intended measure rights must be recognized and shown respect. As set of the European Parliament in the target, participating disabled students in cultural, social and economic areas, accesibility of them, taking advantage of educational activities, and these students can fulfil their needs without dependent on others in the community. As an independent, active, productive individual to sustain of infastructure of their life is to create.
All the participants can speak good command of foreign language , they can use information technology and programs, they are good in their own areas of pedagogical methods, they are good at plans and programs with make with disabilities, they gave disabilities training many years, they can use individual training programs very well and they are educators expert on career.
Distance education program, which will be implemented, can be used all devices (computers, tablets, smart phones) regardless of time and place with an internet connection. Distant education system will be integrated onto the web portal that will be created. Courses will be categorized on the basis of class. Educators, who want to use distance learning tool by logging in with their password will regulate. At the end of the course teachers will be able to make a test to their students. So, showing, descripting, implementation, question-answer teaching methods have been used in the classical education system thanks to ICT will be used in this system with their better illustrations.
