Establishing cross-border partnership to achieve the effects in the subject of regional energy efficiency, with prepared total graphical outlook of the project for efficient dissemination and promotion. Drawing up a plan of activities, which, in its first phase, comprises methodology and implementation of area analysis in the field of energy efficiency. Furthermore, an analysis of the current situation, data processing and a cross-border strategy for energy efficiency will be made. For the purpose of reaching different target groups, summaries of the studies will be made by sectors, such as households, public buildings and private sector.
