Subsequently, an interdisciplinary project will be realized at school, enabling the use of digital tools and for that reason contributing to the gradual initiation of the trainees to new technologies. Then, making good use of the educational tools presented in the European program may further enrich the process of the school project, as well as of other similar projects. A process of self-evaluation of the teachers will follow.Concerning the methodology used during the program, at first brainstorming will precede and the method of problem-analysis and problem-solving will be implemented. The partners will function as a team and they will participate in discussions for the purpose of exchanging views and ideas. They will cultivate a more active and experiential learning, as well as the cooperation inside the team. After the completion of the program, they are expected to communicate the knowledge and the new skills acquired, both in the context of in-school training and in a circumferential level. At the same time, they will develop educational material, posted on the school’s website, available for the structures of Lifelong Learning. Also, the participants will develop their language skills. Collaborations may be developed and a constructive cooperation with the European partners may be founded.Through the teachers’ participation in the program, the Second Chance School of Florina will join the most recent European approaches concerning the use of new technologies, the phenomena of social exclusion and discriminations will start to decrease.
