"Empowering the Brand YOU for the New World of Work" youth workers' training course teams up 24 young participants (young job seekers, youth workers, youth leaders and young volunteers) and 7 experts in the field of Public Relations, Communication and Human Resources from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Romania. The training course focuses on personal branding, emotional intelligence, self-leadership, communication, presentation and online reputation management. The main outcomes are: what personal brand and personal promise are and to showcase ourselves in the most effective way possible; how to communicate with clarity (verbal and non-verbal) who we are and what we want; how to practically manage our online personal brand reputation with tools like social media, Europass CV, Europass Language Passport and Youthpass Certificate. "Empowering the Brand YOU for the New World of Work" youth workers' training course use coaching techniques to work with individuals and groups, customized marketing and branding techniques to launch every participant and support the project follow-up with custom designed marketing and web site materials (E-handbook and Movie of the training course).
