EMPLEA-T: Youth Exchange between Spain, Bulgaria and Portugal. Venue: Burguillos (Badajoz) Duration: 01/04/2015 07/04/2015 (7-day event) Participants: 18 young (6 for each country) plus 3 leaders. Young people will have between 20 and 30 with secondary or higher education and are in a position preferably unemployment. Many of the youth also fewer opportunities for belonging to a rural area. This project arises from the needs and concerns identified by young people themselves, as to matters relating to youth unemployment and low participation in the issues that affect their lives. It is the participants identify and practice skills and attitudes to enhance their employability and career prospects and make them more active, involved and aware citizens at European level. Roundtables and debate on the situation of young people in terms of training and employment opportunities offered by the EU, RPGs on rights: To achieve this a series of activities of formal and informal education as conduct citizens, country presentations, multicultural evening, curriculum development workshop, business simulation, among others. The results to be achieved are the development of competencies and skills that contribute to their personal, social and professional development related to: the ability to listen, to express their ideas, to work in a multicultural environment, teamwork, etc; improve their knowledge of the labor market and entrepreneurship, improve their language skills, improve their attitude towards a more active participation in society, etc The project will have an impact on young participants, but also the dissemination of results through press releases, websites, participate in chats and forums, diffusion institutes will have a lasting impact on the local community and other area youth. Also, participating organizations gain further developing their professionalism and their European dimension in the field of youth. The long-term result will therefore be that both youth participating entities continue to promote useful and collaboration at European level to better employability of youth, and to further social development, participatory, cultural and professional initiatives.
