Context Gymnasio Epanomis is a school in which the use of ICT is in the service of student learning . Thus , buying interactive boards caused a questioning of teaching practices . The teachers become more focused on the individualization of students allowing each student to develop its full potential while using his or her "multiple intelligences ". Objectives Train teachers in the mastery of the tools (here interactive boards ) Train teachers looking for materials applications used in their subjects. Train teachers to design lessons in which the interactive board allows individualization of the methodology. As a result , this training will make teachers be eager to develop their professional practice methodologies and make them more student-centered ones, develop their mastering of using the board in order to take into account the differences of each student which can be used in both scientific and literature - linguistic subjects. Make these teachers agents of change ; whether witnesses or messengers of the new methodological practices. They will also support colleagues wishing to use ICT in schools. Encourage meetings with teachers from other European countries to compare and share professional practices with one another. Compare methods of teaching using ICT . Share experiences on teaching methods using ICT . Guide counselor teachers to experiment with new methods Number of teachers 18 Profiles They are teachers of language, religion or history. For them, the student is unique. They want to respect each student 's right to progress at their own pace in regards to their strengths and help them improve their weaknesses . Description of activities Learning to use the interactive board, the findings of activities with the interactive board , the application discovery , writing lessons using the interactive board and implementing new methodological practices. Methodology A guided discovery tools to reassure and guide creativity to initiate a change in professional practice. Impact Put the students at the center of an individualized education considering their weaknesses and their strengths. Benefits Improve student understanding. Improve student motivation through the use of ICT. Develop student autonomy Improve the well being of students in their future choice of their profession.
