The necessity for the project arises from the school development plan to guarantee high quality study process that is critical success factor. Competent and motivated teachers and other members of the school staff are key persons in good study process. As our school together with partner schools has created several study modules based on learning outcomes, it is necessary to test the applicability of these and other modules through mobility. As a result of this need we have presented the project with the objective to get aquainted with the creativity and initiative used by our colleagues in their everyday teaching work. The participants of the project are all the students and teachers of the specific curriculum, so the results would be spread to a very wide audience. Another benefit would be that the school staff and employers are engaged in the project. Description of the activities In the course of two years study trips will take place to the schools in France, Germany and to our new partner Seinajoen koulutuskuntaryhma schools. The objective of these trips is to introduce the school’s key persons with the different experience of the application of Finnish and other trends in the era of lifelong learning. Emphasis is laid on the learning outcome based teaching and the application of ECVET tools according to the needs of the school. Students go to mobility exchange to different countries according to MoU agreements-. According to the schedule mobilities take place during two years to Germany, France Croatia and Finland. Specific plans are made directly before the study trips. Department of development, whose staff have necessary competence, is responsible for the administration of the project. In all partner schools there are contact persons cooperating and that quarantees the success of the project. Deliverables are - overview about learning outcomes based leadership, management and teaching , including ECVET possibilities - VET teachers are more competent in learning outcomes based evaluation - The capacity to analyse and develop school supporting systems - The capacity to create and use digital teaching materials - The increased competence and better competitiveness in participant´s speciality - The better command of foreign languages - The developed social skills
