The National Union of Agricultural Technologists implemented the specific program entitled "Education in Innovative Applications aimed at modernization of productive livestock 'to meet the needs and to give the necessary tools to participants who are professionals - livestock graduates. In program participated 18 entrepreneurs and human personnel managers of ANIMAL PRODUCTION industry (the union) and I moved to Germany for 12 days. Implementation of the reasons this project was compliance with the application of the institution of Veterinarian Breeding to support farms in the country as well as compliance to European farming and management standards. Published relevant Gazette 3385/2014 establishing Veterinarian rearing, this institution will help the development effort of the primary sector and particularly the livestock industry, as well as scientific knowledge and advice will be available on a formal way to all farmers, especially in their organizations. The AIMS project focused on: 1. On the effective fulfillment of the obligations at the level of the livestock farm. 2. the effective implementation of disease control and eradication program. 3. the development of livestock production on the basis of fair competition and in compliance with health standards and animal welfare 4. in preventive animal care operations in order to reduce costs from the use of veterinary drugs for the treatment of diseases that could be prevented. More specifically, after the training the students are able to: i. Support the provision of advice to farmers with entrepreneurial character, connected directly to market needs that will help them to improve their economic and environmental performance and to sensitize them to innovation. ii. Adopt new technologies and to incorporate the results of applied and oriented research in animal husbandry. iii. Support the production of safe animal products with comparative advantages, such as high-quality products, branded, locally and with specific characteristics. The UVE host organism chosen for the implementation of the program has implemented projects of similar subjects and have experience in adult education programs. Alongside the Host Country Germany the livestock industry has considerable development to the participants to help and gain knowledge, attitudes and skills that will come in useful in their future career path. This action will have a multiplier effect and benefits for the participants, as it would create the framework for networking and future cooperation and for stakeholders who will confirm earlier cooperation in European programs. This brings added value to action because it creates an environment where not only develop skills and acquire new knowledge for the beneficiaries, while promoting a European collaboration environment.
