45 students of the 1st E.K. of Preveza who attend the sectors of Economics and Management , Information Technology, Electronics , Electrology , Engineering , Vehicles and Construction works with 6 accompanying teachers will participate to the project, which aims to the education and training in the fundamentals of the technological environment that has been created through Information and Communication Technologies ( ICT ) , and application environments with enterprise computing. Flow 1 Italy The introduction of new technologies in companies require to familiarize the participants with the principles of technological environment that has been created through ICT , as well as familiarity with the computing application environments of enterprises. Leads to a skill transformation and is now essential training staff in the use of new technologies and applications in business organization. The training program entitled "Automated Systems Operational Planning (ERP - CRM)" is designed and proposed with target the speciality - development of the participants core competencies in operational systems . The course has been developed in a way that combines the knowledge (hard skills) with appropriate behaviors (soft skills), eventually achieving the necessary nodal development skills (key competences). Flow 2 Spain The introduction of new technologies on business and the e-economy growth leads rapidly to changes of the labor market . Changes mainly regardind to the manpower and its skills. Thus lead to a skill transformation and is now required the training of the staff in the use of new technologies to promote sales . The training program entitled "New Technologies Sales Promotional (Google Analytics & Adwords - PPC Advertising)» is designed and proposed with target the speciality - development of the participants core competencies in the field of sales. The course has been developed in a way that combines the knowledge (hard skills) with appropriate behaviors (soft skills), eventually achieving the necessary nodal development skills (key competences). Flow 3 Lithuania The Assisted Learning through computer (e-Learning) has grown rapidly during the past decades and has been strengthened by recent developments in online applications, multimedia technology, intelligent operating systems and software engineering . The use of ICT as a tool in the educational process and the use of distance learning systems as the main educational tool presents a series of advantages , including general issues arising from the training (interactive teaching, adapted to the educational needs of each person, etc.) and especially advantageous in cases of people with moving difficulties (people from vulnerable social groups with mobility dificulties , new mothers , residents of isolated areas , etc. ) . The training program titled " Configuring Electronic Platform Moodle» is designed and proposed with target the speciality - development of the participants core competencies in the installation and configuration of platform moodle. The course has been developed in a way that combines the knowledge (hard skills) with appropriate behaviors (soft skills), eventually achieving the necessary nodal development skills (key competences). In each flow of the project will involve 15 students of the 1st E.K. Preveza and 2 accompanying teachers . Expected results, impact, long-term results : Expected results of the project is the specialized training of participants in operational systems , to promote sales with modern tools and the installation and configuration platform for distance teaching , using new technologies of modern methodologies and techniques in order: a) to acquire professional knowledge, skills and behaviors that are consistent with the profession’s profile as an essential, necessary business executive and b) be readily able to integrate effectively in the labor market . Potential long-term benefits from the implementation of the project is to face unemployment - especially long-term - by increasing the employability of young graduates of the 1st E.K. Preveza. By improving and adapting the skills of participants workforce development with positive implications and personal benefits (improved job prospects, professional upgrade). Developing the local economy through increased productivity and enhancing business after you have skilled manpower.
