Our scholl target that catching up the EU standards in education, both our students who studying under the structure of our institute and contribute to the our country’s Europeanism. We need two things for carry out our aim. This needs are colleagues having consciousness and happy students having self- confidence. We believe that we will provide these needs with this project which were prepared by us. We think that we should correct the deficiencies for increase the success of our school and to carry the standard of education in the EU standard with our managers, our teachers and our students. The disadvantaged groups must be directed and encouraged for the school life by the innovative teachers. These teachers must be get training about to Redound Vocational Training To Disadvantaged Students Of In Terms Of Economy. Although our teachers are innovator and conscious, their information are not enough about all the problems mentioned above for fight. We determined some decision to be able to have experience about Redound Vocational Training To Disadvantaged Students Of In Terms Of Economy as the teachers and managers. Training to be taken: _ To decrease the distractions _ True motivation and direction in education _ Methods of contend with lack of self- confidance _ To decrease the absence and early drop out While selecting participant teachers, determinated our criterias: _ Lack of travel prohibition _ Have at least one foreign language _ Adapt to multicultural environments _ To understand aim of project _ To be open to improvement _Transfer the experiences to colleague _Have at least undergraduate According to above mentioned principles; 15 full and 5 associate teachers will be selected. Our participant will get training two weeks. This decision was determined by our school and our host institution. When the our participants finished the training activities, the project management team will return our country. Then the project management team will necessary meet and they will analysis report and questionnaires. And also they will consider usefulness of the project. After these processes finished properly, generalize activities will be started in the direction of rules of our school.
