The project will be attended by pupils of the Technical hairdresser them. W. Szymborska in Czestochowa Department of Vocational Training in Katowice enrolled in the profession technician hairdressing services. It was planned three weeks practice which will be attended1 group of 8 seater (including one person with special needs) and two carers.The group will consist both of people who participated in the project and want to continue to gain experience in professional training and in first grade students who discover the secrets of the profession barber and had no opportunity to go on training abroad and did not benefit from any additional forms of education abroad. Currently, the Technical graduates who are not qualified to participate in the projects are very well educated in theory, but when it comes to the use of this knowledge into practice often find that they lack the confidence and skills as a professional customer service. We want our students to acquire additional skills, enabling them to perform hairdressing services at the highest level, free use of a foreign language, the use of modern techniques in the field of hairdressing.Foreign practice will be very good form of exchange of experience, practical skills and develop team skills and traits business (activity and dynamism) in the labor market.Competitiveness employee on the European labor market is to continue improving his professional qualifications and professional knowledge. The exchange of experiences and transfer of knowledge between Polish students and Spanish employers, will allow to confront existing knowledge of students with the realities prevailing on the European market.Specific objectives include: enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education, facilitate personal development, encouragement to lifelong learning, raise students' language skills, customer service skills abroad.Expected results:The results of the project are:- Increase knowledge and professional competence- Familiarization with the new trends in the profession / trend of ecological /- Environmental awareness- Raising the level of foreign language training- personal development,- Intercultural competences,- Presentation of the project - the school open days, web page plant and schools, labor offices, presentations will be sent to local and regional entrepreneurs with whom the school worksand:-realizacja European Development Plan UED Katowice and schools (to improve the qualifications of administrative and teaching, modifying the curriculum to be adequate to the changing labor market, broadening schools for internships, increasing the share of employers in the education process)- Increase the professional skills of students required to effectively navigate the job market,- Issue project participants received certificates confirming the work placement, which will allow the international recognition of qualifications and the transfer of competence,- Increase language skills and mobility of professional experience.
