Date du début: 1 sept. 2016, Date de fin: 31 août 2018 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project entitled: "Eight key competences' Open Educational Resoures Explorer" (8 K OER Explorer) reffers to use of ICTs and OREs in adult education, with special regard of 8 key competences education within adult target. With the expansion of digital learning and technology in the classroom, the training and professional development of adult educators must transition to fully realize the potential of these resources to foster adult learning. This encompasses using technology, both to guide instruction and to measure, evaluate and understand adult learning through data-driven instructional methods. As stated in Overview and Analysis of Practices with Open Educational Resources in Adult Education in Europe , European Commission Joint Research Centre Institute for Prospective Technological Studies , 2013, OER have not been much exploited in the areas of adult education and lifelong learning there is little evidence of how OER can be used to promote lifelong learning and adult education. To take action and realise the benefits of OER, policy makers require a much better understanding of the factors that influence OER usage. The effort required for awareness-raising and supporting practice change is underestimated. There has been an assumption that the strengths of OER use were selfevident, and that once published, users would come. This has proved not necessarily to be the case, and lifelong learners largely remain unaware of OER.With this regard, the project's idea came out from every day work of partner organisations operating in field of adult education from Poland, Italy and Lithuania. The partnership has idetified the need of peer-learning and peer-review between adult educators with aim to exchange experiences and good practices of use of ICTs and OERs in adult learning within key competences at EU level.Project objectives are:- to support professional development of adult educators in use of ICTs and OERs- to develop adult education initiatives more attractive to learners- to encourage the use of OERs in adult education area, especially in key competences teaching- to participate in awareness raising in matter of OERs at local, national and European level- to bring to own local level the European experience and good practicesThe project aims to create the space for different key competence educators for different EU countries for collecting, sharing and presenting the most efficient existing OERs elaborated within transnational projects funded by different sources, starting from EPALE platform resources. Those exchange moments will take place within short-term joint staff training events organized in 3 countries for 15 adult educators preceeded by preparation phase of research by each country group divided by set of key competences. The project involve 150 direct and indirect participants in 3 countries.Following results are foreseen: increase in the motivation and competences of project staff to the work in the OER in daily work with adult learners, use of participatory approaches and ICTbased methodologies; increased capacity and professionalism to work at EU/international level: improved management competences and internationalisation strategies; increased quality in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow-up of EU/international projects; increased quality in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow-up of EU/international projects; increased level of professional skills of adult educators in field of use of ICTs and OERs.This project will have impact at local, regional level mainly in sense of introduction of innovative practices to improve the quality and importance of adult education; at European level in sense of better quality and quantity of activities in relation to European co-operation with other organizations / institutions from different European countries, establishing new contacts with these organizations that operate in the area of adult education, motivation for lifelong learning.
