EIGHT COLOURS IN THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING

The lacking use of MI theory in vocational education is the starting point of the project. Today it has become one of the most important theories and the aim of the project is to fulfil this gap in our secondary and vocational education. The use of MI can maintain more effective and long term learning since it focuses on individual differences and abilities. By taking individual's dominant inttelligence areas into consideration wrong job preferences can also be avoided. The information level of educators in secondary schools on MI theory is quite low and parents do not know about it at all. This project aims to increase the awareness of the target groups about MI theory and make its use available in secondary education.
